“Hugo” pasa a “The Artist” como la favorita a los premios Oscars 2012

La cinta dirigida por Martin Scorsese logra 11 nominaciones a los premios de la Academia mientras que la película de Hanazanivicus logra 10. Ambas entregas tienen nominaciones a: dirección, edición, guión y mejor película. La otra gran nominada es “Moneyball” con guión adaptado, mejor actor, mejor actor de reparto y mejor película.

Las grandes olvidadas por el Oscar este año son las películas de Nicholas Winding Refn, “Drive”; y la Steve McQueen, “Shame”. Ambas películas también contaron con grandes actuaciones masculinas en Ryan Gosling y Michael Fassbender, respectivamente, y Cary Mulligan como actriz de reparto en ambas películas. Ninguno de ellos recibió una nominación. También se contaba con la presencia de Albert Brooks en la categoría de mejor actor de reparto por “Drive” pero es bueno ver sorpresas merecidas como las de Jonah Hill por “Moneyball” y Nick Nolte por “Warrior” en esa categoría.
